Cause there's no centralized place for local players to check out, and also to tell them which server they should be on...

34 and 36 point builds are only from True Reincarnation.
First TR upgrades your toon from a 32 or 28 point build to 34 points, and second upgrades it to 36 points.
Unless you're a drow, in which case it upgrades it from 28 to 30, and then to 32 points on the second TR.

if you TRUE reincarnate...yes its reset. If you do lesser or greater reincarnate, no.

As for the SG guilds...no idea if they're still in the same guild or not, but they should be around...check the WHO list

Hi Welcome to ddo :D, look for a wound of some kind or Milacias for Crimson Eagles, they are both on almost every night and are officers in the guild.

Ok hit level 20 tr then yoiur 34 then hit 20 tr and your 36 tr=true reincarnation which resets you to lvl 1 but gives +2 build points the first two times you do it now drow would be either 30 or 32 rather then 34 or 36. there are other benifits as well but not going into those right now.

Actually turned down flat is not accurate. Our guild is not an open invite guild, while we are always looking for new players. However it is our policy to always do several runs with new players to ensure that they fit in with our guild. Unfortunately at the moment we do not have any officers with characters at the appropriate level.
Ours is a small guild and we also tend to run quite regulary, from discussions with one of our officers who chatted with you it seems that you are quite casual players which is great but means that due to our size etc that you may not get the best possible experience from our guild and perhaps a larger one would be better.

Kinda reminds me of the by gone times :) Hi Singaporeans, i'm from malaysia or at least use to before my move to usa almost 3 years ago. Wish i can help in that regard, as i'm chained to Orien now several years ago. I played odd hours even now due to my work times so i might just roll a toon and just play around if you need any help :)

Ai yo, everybody all over the place, I'm in Orion, problem with ddo is this one mostly US timing lea, so our evening time more or less everybody in la la land. I know precisely one other sinkie on my server. ;)

About guilds hor... Most people go for the one with all the buffs, dosent really matter if the guild is sg or not, can always create a sg user chat. Like I solo guild, only hit lev 40 recently, but i always go the top 5 guild ships for buffs, its a matter of lobang, your ink thick enough or not. as long as you song song gao jurong can already...

I notice you havent mention which server you bio lea, which one are you?
