Simply put what mobs in game would be healed by the lit strike going off? Off the top of my head the only one i could think of is the golem at the end of von 5.

The boss in Von 5 is a Marut. I dont think the Electric effects him at all..

Flesh Golems are healed by Lightning.

End boss of VoN5 is healed by Fire, not Lightning.

Flesh golems are healed by lightning. I can't think of anything else that is.

reason i asked was cause i was doing a scales run, and was wondering if the blue dragon would be healed by the strike, but it didnt go off.

End boss of VoN5 is healed by Fire, not Lightning.

Arach's Knight at the end of VoN 5 is healed by multiple elements, including lightning. It is special.

Flesh Golems are healed and hasted.
Epic Blue Abishai boss and blue form devastator is healed, not sure about lower levels.

I've never noticed Green numbers from my Lightning/Shock weapons. I'll have to stop using those if this is the case I guess.

I believe the ancient WF/construct dogs in Dreams of Insanity are healed by electricity.

Hmm... Wiki is saying only cold and fire heal Arach's Knight. I might be losing my mind.
