I would imagine that they are getting just as many complaints for the same reason:

"I got booted from a Shroud LFM because the leader saw my toon on myDDO was only level 2! *whine* *whine* *whine*"

Nah. Not it. :p

I bet it's a real PITA to integrate their live production data to a canned forum/blog software package. That's probably why it's not fixed yet.

Unlikely. If that was true they would just fix the privacy setting so that it actually make the characters private.

Then how are we supposed to share our laughs about the level 19 drow sorc we ran across last night, with 140 hp? Hmmmmmm? :p

It was broken long before they intergrated it in game via the browser. So I doubt that's the reason.

But the fact it's still broken is quite pathetic. Specially Tolero's thread on it was months ago.

I miss myDDO, or rather the potential of it when working as intended. I am guessing there are many in game minifires that they are addressing first. Although using it to judge what a build can or cannot do is kind of weak. I usually logged just after some shopping and had gear swapped out. Since I am usually the healer it was always possible to see things in place that made sence, with the exception of my wisdom necklace swapped out for my haggle necklace.
Even if they do get it going 100% WAI I still see me making the same mistakes as soon as I gearout my new healer.

Please don't put me on that special list. During the ddo development blackout, I use to enjoy spending the rest of my gaming time playing Farm Town. I always wanted an Apple Orchard. Since their many upgrades I found it to be too much of a bother to continue leveling. Spam and lag have that effect. :/

Yeah. I saw where you suggested that in another thread. And then that made it dawn on me that the coding nightmare that is myDDO is probably more of a nightmare of operating within the confines of the Wordpress engine that they are trying to leverage.
