It's 5 minutes past 11:30 AM Eastern (-5 GMT). now and the servers are still down :confused:

The devs have confirmed that all players on non premium , non vip accounts will be receiving a full refund

By my reckoning, this post is about an hour early. Then again, I've not had any coffee this morning... so my brain has not yet been immersed in it's requisite caffeine-bath for the day and is not really functional yet.

but again a troublesome performance turbine... your timeframes always suck. wonder if you guys really done anything on time in the past... 50% over the suggested time is not tolerable.

My basic rule towards downtime time estimates:
Double it, and if it comes back earlier then that - great. If not - I'll just keep playing FO: New Vegas. :)

well they're ONLY 1 3/4 hours late...unless you forgot to turn your clocks back a week ago....

i'm at work anyway. still if i would plan times that bad i'd be out of my job long time ago. and i have to do lots of planning in my buisness (software engineering).

theres nothing wrong with planning 5 hours and be done in 4.5. but planning 3 and needing 4.5 should be a punishable behaviour. i wonder who gets the beating at turbine for this.

nononono, you're doing it wrong!

you're supposed to complain that you pay for the dev's wives to go shoe shopping before you demand financial compensation!

you see we have traditional ways for complaining about down time.
