2 more = more money to them eu transferred will have a much higher% of accounts with people paying than us fact

I feel sorry for the one turbine employ that has been dumped with all the work and no help by any one else in turbine. I BLAME TURBINE AS A COMPANY for delays not the individual doing the work. (not a one off but every single step has had deadlines missed).

employ says threes so much still to do i'm not going to have enough time to get this done in time I need more help can I have some one work with me

Turbine knew they miss the deadline and decide to do nothing Turbine also put us on low priority because we have shown we stick with it and they get away with it. The ones that would have quit did back with codemasteres.

Id be happy if I had one or 2 toons and still be waiting for the rest. But I have 0 so all I can do is log in every night. Look and be disappointed and log off. And yes I have paid them cos I have paid for aces to all the content packs with was the equivalent to 8 months sub.

Of course, this has the backdraft of pushing older entries back in line if new ones are added..

A friend of mine whose account starts with C was transferred almost a week ago, another one with M came over two or three days ago, a third one with U a few hours ago.. and mine (with V) is still not done although I signed up as soon as the tool was fixed...), so it looks like an alphabetical lineup.

Does anyone start with W, X, Y, Z and have his/her chars already?
(please say ONLY the FIRST char of the acc name if you have..!)

14 days now and counting. Looks like they are processing the account with a rate of about 1-2/day (dont work yourself to death here Turbine). With 300+ accounts to move you do the math. I'm hoping I'll get lucky and get mine before X-mas.

I had such high hopes when moving over to the US servers, finally no need to put up with codemasters constant stonewalling and lack of service. Now I'm starting to realize it's just as bad here. Sucks to be a Online-Player.

My main code master account is destined for my main turbine account that has mysteriously got two subscriptions on it.... filled in the ticket thingy and got a nice reply saying they are working on it and feel free to play my toons on the wrong sub when they arrive.... If only they'd arrive on either sub I'd be a little happier! Completed the transfer as soon as the soap was washed off!

Knowing that "Believe" comes hand in hand with that religious thing i heard about being able to move mountains,.......sadly never met someone beeing able to confirm this. ^^

But i feel joy for all of us. having their toons allrdy transfered and keep on hoping the best for the rest of us.

We have 6 people in our group.
2 got their chars within 24 hours. I got mine a week ago.

3 are still waiting!!!

None of us will play until all 6 have their chars. So this is very frustrating and in nobodies interest.

@Turbine: Is an occasional status report really too much to ask?

If things take longer than anticipated than that's what it is.

But what's the excuse for not giving us information so we know what to expect?

How about a "n % done, current estimate for finish date is ... " and update that every couple of days or so.
Some feedback.
Delays are annoying. But not nearly as annoying as not knowing what's going on.

Another update on the transfer tool:

At it's current rate, it will still be processing the older requests in its queue throughout this weekend, and I fully expect into the next week. The tech team is investigating methods to safely hurry the tool along, but each day the tool is transferring many of the queued characters. Thanks for your patience!

I know it's frustrating, but it will hopefully be sorted in a week or two. Hope you get yer alts really soon, I know for a fact almost every day another of my guildies gets theirs. Including on weekend days, so they are trickling through.

We got our Characters today 24th of November. I received the email around 7 this morning and when I checked Ghallanda around Noon, the characters were there.

So things are moving along, I can definitely confirm that :)

Received no transfer complete mail so I still hope he will show up someday.

Today's the 29th and still no characters, no points and no feedback despite my bug report and account request

Same thing happened to me (well, I waited more than two full weeks), at least my missing character wasn't high level, but he had his bank filled with all the good equipment his older brothers and sisters gathered for his higher levels, he could be re-rolled, his gear can't ç_ç
Anyway, since no mail arrived, we could still hope that they're on their way...good luck friend.

Got the exact same issue here and a buddy of mine has the same status. It would be nice to get some update on why some characters seem to take forever to get. On a side-note I haven't played since I used the transfer tool and I'm not going to until I get my last character(s) and can start planning on whom to keep and send to Thelanis.
