In Running with the Devils, is there any way to decrease damage from eladrins' Searing Light spells?

Jokes aside, afaik, there is no way to avoid or mitigate light damage.

That is a ray spell so it can be dodged. If you move around in combat you will be hit less by it.

There is no way to mitigate the damage if it hits you though and it is also a no save/no spell resistance type spell.
