Well we get ice games in July and when ever else they feel like it.

Seems to me a week long event, that gets fixed in patch notes with other "stuff" happening in relation to it 2 weeks after the event has concluded , to me screams making a come back shortly.

Otherwise why not wait till a week or so before next years event to patch/fix saving resources till needed.
