Free TP through Favor Bug

As many others i had my EU Toons transferred to G-Land. As an interested player, ive read the FAQ's and there it said that we wouldnt get any Turbine Points for the favor earned by our EU Toons on EU servers. I understand that.

BUT

I havent played on that server at all before and when my Toons arrived i rolled a new one. This one should get Turbine Points for Favor the normal way but he doesnt. Ive solved every Korthos City Quest on elite now (summs to 30 Favor) and havent gotten any TP for it. Its probably a bug because its said that the first Toon to reach a mark will get the Points and my EU Toons are way past those marks.

Is this a known bug or am i the first to notice? Any official statement on this?

Been a while since I made a new char., but I think the first TP award is for 50 favor? Then at 100, and every 100 after that.

nope it is:

Favor/TP: 5/50, 25/25, 50/25, 100/25 etc.

Therefore i should have gotten 75 TP for the first 30 Favor earned with a char on that server.

The 5, 25, and 50 favor marks are for your first toon on the server hitting those marks. The game must not be giving you those because it sees your old toons are past those marks, even though they did it on the old European server. Your new toons will get the free favor at 100, 200, 300, etc.

You could put a ticket into Turbine support, explaining this to see if they're able to do anything. However, I heard that Turbine gave a bunch of free Turbine Points to each European server player to more than compensate for this and related issues. Did you receive those Turbine Points?

Yes i did but nevertheless, i think this is a bug and will report it and see if they can do something about it. If the free points from Transfer are for issues like this, i would like to know. Then im happy, but as long as i dont, im not. ;)

And have you logged on any of those old character and received an e-mail stating you were given server favor TP, and then actually got them.

Since these characters are technically transfers, I don't think that applies, but it is worth looking into.

You see, when F2p first launched all existing character were reward first time server rewarded TP, but not 100 favor milestones. I doubt it since your characters were transfers but it is possible that you already got them.

okay i just tried it on orien and it worked perfectly. Got 50 TP for my first 5 Favor.

I never got that email you spoke of.

I did a bit of calculation however and it seems that you are missing out on a maximum of 450 TP if you dont get the free ones for hitting marks the first time. That is however if you are able to reach a total of 3000 (!) favor and have a toon thats already hit the 3000 mark. if you are all f2p you can only reach a total of 1001 favor and miss out on a max of 250 TP.

That doesnt seem like much but if you are all f2p you need every Turbine Point you can get.

I'm not getting this problem. I had run a toon on Ghallanda to 100 favor before the transfer. But when I recently hit 500 favor on a new toon, I got the extra milestone bonus, even though I some old toons that are around 2700 favor or so.

Check your character's in-game mail- as I understand it, the first reward of points may require you to check your mail first.

nope. you get them in korthos too. you got to speak with "Dax Boon" once to get them. As i said, it works fine on every other server i tried.

I just submitted a ticket yesterday. Lets not hope it takes them another 5 days to respond like it took them on my last ticket.
