Help with a build

I just got to lvl 9 on my Cleric and I just got my 5th lvl spells and I can't cast them because I am being told my ability score is to low, now this is a custom build here are my stats,

STR 19 +4
DEX 12 +1
CON 15 +2
INT 8 -1
WIS 14 +2
CHA 14 +2

now I have not used any tombs nor can I afford to get any is there any reason I can't cast the spells from lvl 5 or do I need to just save my plat to get a tomb?
If I do need a tomb which one do I need so I can cast again.

Get the Wisdom tomes when you can, but you don't really need them.

1. Get the maximum +wisdom item you can find.
2. Make sure you've got your Cleric Wisdom enhancements trained.

You need wisdom 10+x where x is the highest spell level you want to cast.

Thanks FlyingTurtle I got a +5 WIS necklace and it fixed the problem, also on my next level I will be putting the points into WIS, again thanks for the advice.

You don't need super-high wis if you've already dumpstatted it to begin with (looks like you're doing a melee-heavy battle cleric build).

Items go up to +6. Looks like you've got a base wis of something like 12-14 or so, which should allow you to easily hit 19 wis for level 9 spells, without any tomes.

You can keep putting your level up points (you'll get them at character level 12,16,and 20) into STR to keep your melee capabilities at the top end of the scale.
