View Full Version : No answer to wrong sub ticket yet!

its been 4 days now and still no answer to the ticket submitted for my characters and points going to the wrong subscription, i want to take andvantage of the sales on the adventure packs but i got another mid lvl character on my main account that wont be able to use it if its unlocked on the account they put my euro characters on, the same way i can't use the unlocks i paid for on the main sub, i can't spend any points for this reason.
when are we going to hear something, its gone beyond normal ticket response time now for a premium account.

I've had no communication yet either over my ticket. I submitted it same morning that Victorie put up the thread on how to raise a ticket (Wednesday Morning?).
That said, at this point I'd be happy to just get my characters, spend my TP on tomes and lesser hearts of wood and other items and just play my toons until they can figure out how to move them between subs.
But some news would be welocme, none-the-less.

still no answer to the ticket, gone past the approx answer time for a premium account, c'mon turbine, hurry up eating the dunkin donughts and drinking the coffee and answer our tickets this morning, i know its 7.15 now but wakey wakey!!!!!!!

Im guessing this is more of a problem and affecting more people than actually thought, hence no reply. LIke you my toon and point got put on the new account that only appeared a few weeks ago and dont really want to use those points knowing full well if and when they sort out and move to the correct account then will loose the packages i bought.
I am guessing it will be a wait, the no answer is probably because they just dont know how to sort this yet or maybe they are waiting until all toon transfers have been completed as i understand not everyone has had them yet.
Maybe thats what they are waiting for then can hopefully resolve in one go.

Just got off the phone with turbine account management (6pm mon 8th). The rep said there is no ETA as yet on this issue and that as soon as something was known it will be posted. sigh. Soon (tm) I guess :( :(

No reply for me either and no characters on either subscription. Points are still on the wrong sub however!

Copy & Paste. Still waiting on Character Transfer. No direct contact from Customer Service over the multiple subs issue.

bump this up because i still have no answer to an almost week old ticket, getting slightly peeved now, i can't complain that i havent got my toons because i have but on the wrong subscription and the one with no bloody unlocks

No reply either not even an apology, which tbh has annoyed me more than the actual issue. So have given up and going elswhere. I mean one quick "turbine APOLOGISE to the mess we made during the transfer process and are actively working on resolving the issue"
That wouldnt be difficult, but seems it truly is. Oh well.

Well after this mess i'm off also gonna blow my 5k point on the astral diamonds for my guild so they don't have to give turbine any monies. Was going to transfer a few toons and will have brough more tp. Guess they don't want our money Have fun all.

Sadly this is something that seems to be repeated across the board with all of the players that are experiencing problems with the transfer process.
The whole support network and level of communication in this process has been very poor.

i had the characters in 24 hours but albeit on the wrong sub, in the FAQ they stated the older premium account would get the tp and characters, sadly we were missled

Still no response to my ticket either.
I have however finaly had my email to confirm my toons have arrived. Not at home to check, but I'm willing to bet that there also on the wrong subscription.

Also recieved the same exact email.
I received my toons on the wrong sub today, but gave in and spent the points received on the Wrong sub to unlock the characters (All Drow!), a couple of adventure packs (Vale/Amrath/Refuge) then spent the rest on Tomes and Lesser Reincarnations.
I still want all my EU toons moving to my other sub, when they do this I'll pay to move my Thelanis Toons over as well, but until then I'm not chancing the Thelanis alts going to the wrong sub and im not giving any more actual cash to Turbine until this is sorted out.

No, still no news.
The worst thing is that there is a discount on character slots but I don't know if I should use the points (on the wrong account) to buy some. Are the things bought from the store going to be transferred to the right sub as well? Who knows...

Still no news. No update or acknowledgement email to my actual ticket apart from the email that everyone received.
*sigh*
I even checked out the Account Maintenance forum, and saw the locked thread there, Darth.
*shrug*
What can we do but A) Wait or B) Quit?
I'm really miffed off that I have a High level Cleric that can't access half the content/raids in the game, while my lowbie on my proper sub can access everything.
To really add to the woes, I'm still waiting to buy world transfers for toons from Thelanis to G.Land..... I guess there's some progress there in that already requested transfers are now proceeding.
