Multiple subscription bug, gane have some answers please?

i am full aware that the de'vs know about this bug that has affected all of us with multiple subs on 1 account, both mine were premium, only one had vet status and all the unlocks and that was the oldest accoun, the points got allocated to the second newer premium account.......ticket already submitted and waiting patiently

got that done it and waiting for some answers as to how long it will take

guess where my characters have started arriving.......yup on the wrong sub the same one as the turbine points with no unlocks on it
