WTB silver holy of GEOB

My want for these weapons is beyond that of sanity. If anyone has a

silver anarchic or holy of GEOB khopesh then I would be willing to trade larges for it, even scales.

As far as I know in the hands of a pally there is no better weapon in the game for dps against pit fiends. I've done some rough number running in my head and I'm pretty sure that even an epic SoS can't beat two of these, simply because you get essential the damage of the weapon multiplied times 1.8, because all twf feats grant 80% chance for off hand proc, which wielding the same weapon = 1.8x the damage.

If I'm wrong then I would love to see the numbers for both to confirm, either way I want 2x of these weapons and am willing to pay mega bucks for them.

The problem is that ESOS is a static goal, and you know where it drops.

Well, the Sword, Scroll, Shard, and Seal respectively.

These are a pipe dream that may or may not have dropped at any one time on any one server, and unless they are in the hands of someone who doesn't raid, they are coveted and treated like gold.

I sincerely wish you luck in finding them, and hope to see screen shots in this thread if anyone even has one! I love weapon pr0n!

Well I actually do have one :)

Only problem is it's a silver anarchic of GEOB d-axe. So I take neg level which is negligible, but still it's a d-axe which means less base dps overall.

Screw static goals, or the norm.

I would actually prefer the anarchic being there simply, because that would decrease the value since it doesn't count as the good bypass.

Even for anarchic though I am willing to pay mega bucks :)

As far as im concerned the highest dps possible on this game against evil outsiders comes from a pally dual wielding epic chaosblades + epic marilith chain, aka Flawless.

Anarchic burst + true chaos < anarchic + GEOB

As far as that I don't see how the bursting effect and the +1 damage from +6 enhancment (over +5) could overcome the extra 1d12 from GEOB (true chaos cancels out 1d6 of it).

Now the vamperism might do it, but I don't know how much it takes, and I don't know if it even works on rednames.

Now I can't say my math is perfect but if I did it right a +5 Holy Burst Silver Kopesh of GEOB would outdamage an Epic Chaos Blade. And wouldn't stick you with a negative level. It would however be significantly harder to get one let alone 2.

Epic Chaosblade also has a base damage of 2d8.

Epic chaosblade with a pally that can break good and with silver red slot
2d8 base + 6 + 2d6 anarchic burst +1d6 true chaos = 9+6+7+3.5 = 25.5/dmg per regular hit

A mythical +5 anarchic silver GEOB with a pally that can break good.
1d8 base +5 +2d6 anarchic +3 GEOB + 3d6 GEOB = 4.5+5+7+3+10.5 = 30/dmg per regular hit

So the greater bane is the better weapon (didn't bother putting crit damage in but figure 4 anarchic bursts at 4d6 each is 14x4 = 56 damage more on crits vs 4.5 better base damage on 19 hits, though the higher base damage gets into crit multiplier too...getting close to even depending on build...but then you could throw in a +5holy burst silver GEOB)

Moral of the story = go farm for epic chaosblade. You will get one before you find a holy silver GEOB....but if you do enjoy using it!

As I said above I have a silver anarchic of geob which breaks DR because of weapons of good from pally level 20 :)

Just looking for another.

So it's not mythical :P

However it is a d-axe, and khopesh would be nicer :)
