how many have the wrong sub allocated the points

how many of us have this nasty problem?

Just the same problem, every time that you reinstal the game, Turbine ask for account name ad pass, an OPEN a new account with the same name and pass.

One week ago, I enjoyed this bug, Send a email to cusstomer support, Asking for deleting this unwanted account, just to avoid further troubles in character transfer, even go to Turbines account managament and rename the account PLEASE DELETE.

Of course,, the 5250 TP goes to ...... PLEASE DELETE account!!!!

My main account was created in Feb. 2010, this one on NOV 2010, just after update 7.

I cannot say I am happy.

Been playing on the us version a while, had the eu version back in 2006 (took a small break in between).

When they begun all this transfer stuff I found a 2nd log in created... lo and behold my points have gone to this new one as well, which really blows.

Hope they let us know how to fix it because it adds an extra, needless, step to log-in for me.

I phoned turbine about my points going onto the newly created account 'DDODefault FTUIPack Account Creation ' instead of my proper account and they were pretty helpful.
They said that even though the points were on the wrong account, the characters *should* still transfer to the main account. They said that they would sort out getting the points onto the correct account asap but the characters might transfer before that happens. They are aware of this situation and are looking at a global solution to it. They are also monitoring the forums to get more info on who is affected etc etc. One tihng they stressed is that it could and would be fixed.

Thats great news. I guess Tolero is waiting to deliver news until they have a solid method for fixing this issue.

oh well- all charas are on the 'DDODefault FTUIPack Account Creation account :( Have submitted the report as their news update says. Strangely, all my characters have been duplicated as 1st level fighters in starter rags..! anyone else have this?
