should this build have maximize?

So I found this sigtrent build for a mystic assasin (which I started before I had wf). But I just now started back on it since I got a +2 int tome and noticed it doesn't have maximize.

It seems like extend, empower, and maximize would be must haves for firewall, am I wrong? Should I try to juggle out mental toughness, or greater spell pen for maximize?

From the title, I could tell the answer was almost certainly going to be, "yes."
drop mental toughness and move empower there, take maximize where empower is now.
(the only reason it had mental toughness was to access shroud of the wrath, which helps when stealthing, but is not necessary. Now that forms are a toggle you'll probably just use lich form all the time)

Ok, sounds good, thanks. Now that you pointed out why that feat was there I looked up wraith and agree I probably wouldn't use it much (if ever).
