FOrgive me if i am missing something, but I don't see a difference between fireball and DBF besides spellpoint cost. they both do 20d6 ref for half as far as I can see. Can someone please explain the differenes?

i would have to check on my wizzie, but i think it caps at 15 on fireball

caps at 10 on fireball, 20 on DBF

Fireball caps at 10. I just checked on my sorc.
