myddo character info hasn't been updated in over 2 months. Today i have no characters listed and it tells me to log on to refresh which i've done repeatedly with no results.

I have the same problem and so do lots of other people. It's a problem with my.ddo itself, not you

My Wiz at the bottom of this post is level 20 yet it shows me as level 17.

I also have a problem with MyDDO, i cant enter the lotto when i try to enter i get this problem http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p=3109351&postcount=14

and if you report it all you get is this

Unfortunately we are unable to resolve issues with MyDDO on a case-by-case basis. We have filed a bug report for you, and will have this problem fixed as soon as we are able to.

I know its in beta but how long will it be in beta and when will they fix these problems? If they are not going to fix it take MyDDO down.
