TWF sneaky type - best multi-class?

I'm wondering about which of the following combinations would be best (and/or most fun) for a high dps TWF character. I'm looking at high dex, light or no armor, sneak and backstab capable.

Tempest/Ninja Spy
Assassin/Ninja Spy
Tempest/Assassin

Would appreciate feedback on which of these combos are most complementary and how many levels of each would be ideal. I'm leaning towards Assassin/Ninja Spy but like the free TWF and ITWF from Tempest.

For the most dps, go pure rogue. I think one of the top twf multi builds is still 13 assassin/6 tempest/1 monk (or barbarian if you're feeling frisky)

Tempest/Ninja Spy I'm not a fan
Assassin/Ninja Spy good DPS, lots of skill points, works better on a Dex build than the others listed because of the higher attack speed of wraps, Shadow Fade is amazing : ideal split = 13 rogue / 7 monk
Tempest/Assassin good DPS, even more skill points, more solo friendly than the others because of Manyshot, best as a Str build but Dex is acceptable ; ideal split = 13 rogue / 6 ranger / 1 monk [or barb]

My next build will be a TR 13 rogue / 6 paladin / 1 monk, Assassin of the Chalice. I'll be TR'ing as soon as I finish my GS for him.
