Waves of Exhaustion still reduces the attack speed of raid bosses, even though U7 release notes indicate otherwise.

Heard that ingame tonight too. Was wondering why you guys (Carpone & his friends) hadn't posted it yet... I thought maybe Vanshillar was going to do another head-exploding math post :)

Tendon Slice too.
I wish they'd keep *some* attack speed debuff on this spell (although the present version needs the nerf bat). Otherwise it goes from one of the top four raiding spells (with Reconstruct, Resist Energy and Haste) down to something you only take in raids when you have a main tank with AC (probably 10% of the time), or on bosses with high AC (epic Lailat, Malicia, maybe the Devil Assault epic bosses, haven't tested them).
-3 damage is still useful, but not always worth struggling with a high SR for.

i understand they just changed the description of the spells for this update and the fix will come later.
imo that was a good decision rather than rushing in a fix that has unforseeable consequences (you know turbine).
i mean, look at soundburst and the targeting issue. it still gives me wonders that freehand firewall placing is not broken.

No. Waves of Exhaustion trivializes raid boss fights. There are players doing epic DQ and elite ToD for months that have no business being there if Waves/Tendonslice didn't slow raid bosses.

Vanshilar is focusing on guild renown and DPS formulas during his limited playtime.
