CAN'T Buy Spectral Dragon scales for 10,000 motes!

There's an obvious bug in the festival turnins. Max mote stack size for motes is 9999, No matter what combination of motes, multiple stacks, etc that you do the trader will not take 10,000 motes. Several players have the motes to buy a scale and can not.
