I dont see the need for Zen archery. Your dex is 18 and your wis is 16, so Zen archery does you no good since your dex is higher it will use your dex to calculate your AB.

Zen archery allows you to use bows while in Monk Stance

Which isn't as big a deal as the fact that it doesn't cause your ki to rapidly disappear. That's critical if you're going to be switching between ranged and melee on a monk.
