I'm sorry for repeating the subject again! I did try and have look for what i wanted, but hey ho! no joy.

Basically im brand new (have nothing unlocked), i've read about the latest realise with the whole Paladins getting intimidate, I'm looking on making a paladin tank and want to get a "starter" one for a 28 point build upto lvl 6.

I'm a bit fussy with the races, I dont want to be a squat dwarf a massive warforge! Which ever would make the best out of a Drowe/Elf/Human/Halfling.

Thanks in advance for any help - it's much appreciated!

Delas.

Silly question, but why only to level 6?

With only 28 points its easiest to go THF

Human

Str 16
Dex 8
Con 14
Int 8
Wis 8
Cha 16

All level ups in Str

Put your skill points in Intim and UMD

I'm not sure if the points are exact or not, but that's the basics

You can bump int to 10 with 28 points (So max UMD, balance, and intimidate)

I guess i felt guilty (wasting someones time) for asking such a noob question! And getting to lvl 6, would be more than enough for getting on with for now!

When you say "THF" that means Two handed fighting i'm guessing? Any idea what Feats would best suit this kind of build? I

How "tank-y" do you want to be? I.e., are you trying to put together a serious DoS AC tank? If so, you'll want Combat Expertise which takes INT 13; most start with INT 11 or 12 and take a +1 / 2 INT tome to get it. Also, did you want pure paladin or did you want to splash anything? Pure is best for DPS, but a splash can add versatility.

Can I strongly strongly recommend that you don't do this with a 28 point build?

Grind out the 32 point builds first by playing something different - and once you get the favor clocked up, then make this as your second toon! That might be good idea since gear can cost a fair bit, and you'll be wanting to buy +2 tomes across the board eventually (available on the AH, but expensive).
