Are their any particular classes or mixes that are good once you get to level 4 that avoid the lower level troubles?

Level 1 to 4 is so ridiculously easy I honestly cant think of a single class mix that would have trouble in the first place...

Maybe halfling rogue or bard or monk finesse Dexterity build with Strength left at 6 would get a little benefit since finesse cant be taken till level 2 with those classes. Dont know why anyone would roll a build like that in the first place though.
