I did a forum search but didn't come up with any good answers. Do temporary hit points from procs stack? Off the top of my head there are the following:

Bracers of the Demon's Consort
Lifeshield
Concordant Opposition
Palemaster Lich Form
Bodyfeeder

Has anyone done any testing?

99% sure C/O and bodyfeeder stack (as do most spell types like GH etc).

No clue on the others.
