Light Monk and Madstone

I have a couple of questions...


1. Can I still use elemental strikes while madstoned? Can I still use my Ki Finishers? Can I still use Rise of the Phoenyx / Lifting the Veil / Difficulty at the Beggining?

2. What's the chance of rage procing on-hit?

Strikes work, finishers don't. I don't have any of the other things you mention but I would assume they don't work as they mimic spells.
