What happens to TR bank slot when you TR again?

I TR'ed once already and still have about 20 items in my TR bank slot. I am getting ready to TR a second time. Do I need to remove those items from TR bank or will they just get moved over with everything else? Thanks in advance :D

You cannot TR again while there are items in the TR bank. The game will not let you.
