I'm trying to create a Drow character that has 2 levels of rogue, 7 levels of wizard, and 11 levels of cleric, to be a very useful charcter in a party. I am f2p and was wondering if anyone could help me with this build, as when to take certain levels with each class. Was aiming at 15 stats of intel, wisdom, and dex with a little left for strength. Basically I am going for a character that can find and disable traps, heal the party and cast some buffs and offensive spells with a little melee ability.

jfgddo, word "super useful" sounds like sarcasm. :) Especially when it is combined with wizard + cleric multiclass.
I would recommend you to do either a pure cleric or a wizard+rogue multiclass but do not combine them all. Google for wiz+rogue build if you are interested in. There are already lots of good builds out there.

Sounds to me like you want to make a character that can:
-Heal the party
-Provide helpful buffs
-Able to open locks and disable traps
-Add some damage as well as heal the party
In this case you may just want to consider doing like 18/2 Bard rogue, or maybe even 16/2/2 bard/fighter/rogue. You'll have MAX UMD and be able to cast any scroll in the game. You also be able to buff the party and sing songs. I won't get into the actual skills and feats and all, but as far as the character makeup goes, I would do something like that. Go the the Bard section of the forums and dig around in there.

Then I suggest looking into my Jack of All Trades Cleric Variant (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=266211) and the Solo Focused Cleric Build (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=164323) .
Both are very operable and is probably exactly what you're looking for.
Just take what you find useful and integrate it into your own.

Wiz + Cleric multiclasss = the higher you level, the weaker the build gets, being totally worthless cripple at ca. 12+.
For your preferred playstyle, look at some soloist cleric builds, or a Bard/Rogue multiclass.
Bard is the best buffer and support class.

Your idea - spread too thin and like said before the higher you go the weaker it gets.
16/2/2 Bard/Fighter/Rogue if you want to be up front swinging a sword.
18/2 Bard/Rogue for more of a support roll.
.02 but I have been know to be wrong. (quite a bit some times)
