Does divine blessing stack with Devotion?

I would kind of like to know too.The red fens set is divine blessing...curious to know if it stacks with devotion.

As a person that has the epic set.... No. Although, if you put both pieces of equipment on and take it off, the effect remains permanently until logout, though this might be a glitch.
