My DDO info not updating - referred here after ticket

Hi there,

I was referred to here (I think) to mention the fact that my My DDO info is not updating. Can one of you Turbine folks please investigate.

If this isn't the right process feel free to let me know. With a minimum of abuse please.

I didn't think anyone's information was updating. I know that my gear info on MyDDO is way out of date.

It's not that no ones is, its a bug. MyDDO is still Beta and prone to these issues. I don't even know that we have heard about a resolution at this point.

Thanks for the comments guys. I thought I'd read that if you posted your My DDO would be updated for you. If anyone knows differently please say so here.

Some of the information on MyDDO has updated, which is nice to see. Thanks for the help with this, mystery person or automated process, whichever one you are.
