Is anyone else getting hung up at the "Getting Data Centers" page when trying to log in? It then closes the underlying connection to the server because it has been lost.
This is happening on two different machines in the same house - and yes I have Internet access (obviously since I am posting here) :confused:

Just tried to log in and am experiencing the same errors. Looks like Lamma's also down.

I am on Sarlona, so it is not just one server. Hopefully we will hear from Turbine support soon about what the issue is and when we can expect it to be fixed... hint hint!

Might take them a bit, tried to hit http://support.turbine.com but the site won't come up.

Thank you for being patient we are looking into the issue yadda yadda yadda please be sure to buy Turbine points and send us our money if you are a VIP. In the EULA we promise you absolutely nothing and are more than willing to provide no service ..... thats what we do ...... We are looking into lag we fixed it with dungeon alert and two weapon fighting nerf yet again please be patient we will fix nothing and gladly accept your money immediately we wont be patient in recieving your payment.....But we demand your patience in our inabilty to fix bugs that have been around since beta and timely fix things for a service we provide and in some cases you pay for ...... I only wish this same EULA was availabe in my industry nobody realy needs 911 do they? ..... rant off

I, like many others just got off work for the week and look forward to playing DDo in are LIMITED spare time, then get errors like this.
Point 1: If your server ISNT working do NOT display it as up and running.
Point 2: If your going to advertise about how your releasing all this new content that everyone has to pay for, think about the repercussions of ALL the OLD probelms you HAVNT adressed or even attempted to adress. Realsing more content isnt going to fix the old problems its just going to make more.
Side note: if DDo is going to constently provide the comunity with half assed scripts and lazy after market service at least send us all a 6 foot high punching bag with Turbines owners face on it.
Not happy at all, hope my ranting dosnt help ;)

VIP on Thelanis I have been experiencing the same error. Ran into problems trying to switch characters so if you are currently logged on, stay on that toon...
On a side note, I'm glad to see other servers taking the hit with mine. Poor Thelanis takes way too many hits by itself.
