I have to favor farm for 52 hours to get a heart so after spending a year to get to level 20 I have to spend 2 more months just wasting time. -.- If I didn't spend real money on this game it would be off my computer faster then I could type the tittle to this thread.

Ok I'll bite.

It depends on quest and build. Some epic quests are pretty much impossible to
solo. A fairly obvious one is epic Velah but there are others that are really high up on
the very hard list.

Then there are the ones that are actually much easier. For example VoN1.

But in all of the instances it's not "normal" to be able to solo an epic quests. A few people
can do it. An even smaller minority can actually do it without pots. Also not every
build can do it. In general the melee builds will have a pretty tough time. Most of the
solos are by casters quite a bit by wf arcanes which pack the double punch of self healing
and strong ranged damage.

Most of the solos are not only by stellar players but also with characters geared to the
hilt. Most of them have insane amounts of raid/crafted and in some cases epic loot.
