As the title suggests I recently downgraded from vip to p2p( 3rd Oct iirc). I haven't had to request for in game assistance so i haven't noticed it until now. As you can see from the capture I am totally missing the option to even submit a ticket.

I had the same problem prior to upgrading from P2P to vip. However it was working properly during the subscription.
I'm assuming this is the correct place to post as I believe that the changing of my account status is the only difference between this month from last. Everything else seems okay( extra characters etc).
Any help or a pointing out that I have nubbed something up would be appreciated :)
