Friend challenged me to do the best I could with throwing damage since I had mentioned with Brutal Throw throw damage could be noticable.
I had thought about the ranger capstone and the backup of TWF
But then I thought what about kensei and Fighter Capstone and a Halfling
But halflings were +dex and -str, and while they got sneak attack, only for a small range
So that left Dwarf

Mind you, I don't recommend this as an end game raid, at most its a nice diversion or reserved for getting back at somebody who ruined your last PuG

Anyway - this is the most I could do to have the best throwing damge and not a complete gimp, thankfully Great Axe is a nice backup

If you could do better or improve this, please comment

Here it is:

Did you think about a Halfling Monk with 10 Thousand Stars, in Wind Stance? Shurikens will be doing less base damage, but I think the speed would make up for it, or maybe a Monk/Kensei multi?

I don't know if they're any better, but I posted a few thrower builds in this thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=267978). I suspect the last build (halfling ftr 20) will have the highest DPS; it's also something of a one-hit novelty.

Two issues I see with your build. The first is you don't take Rapid Shot & Quick Draw until fairly late in your build; that's gonna lower your rate of fire and thus your DPS at lower levels. I would advise delaying the THF feats so you can front-load your ranged feats. The second issue is one important feat your build lacks is Improved Precise Shot; that's gonna severely gimp your DPS vs mobs, which is arguably one of the few things a ranged build has going for it in the first place. Unfortunately, you need DEX 19 to take it, which your build as-is doesn't come anywhere close to having, unless you're holding out for +5 DEX tomes to be added. :D
