I still have like 6 full icy burst kits in the bank and no way to use them. Should I just destroy them or keep them around just in case?

With the new introduction of the Graveyard Event it may take a while till the Ice Games may return, but I am pretty sure they will. It would be illogical to invest into an Event like that (creating ice scates, the ramps, the recipes, etc.) and then completely down it. Even Festivus is coming back from time to time.

We still got that Egg hunt half a year ago on the EU servers and I liked it too. I guess it may return as well, but there is less event factor in there, compared to the ice game or the new one ;)

I only hope that one day this festival twigs may be changed to stack and considered with others as ingredient or collectible and get into a sack!

I say take it easy on the ice games from this point on...we got a overdose of it already and it wasn't too good for us...It's fine to host it once per year, but...its like christmas, if there's more than one christmas day during the year, people start to get detached from it...

May be if jack frostbite hold the next games in Risia and not in the Harbor.
Surely the planescaller in the 12 can take us there.

The developers spent a lot of time and effort to make the Ice Games. They also spent time and effort making the Mabar event that starts next week.

I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't throw away something that is as popular as these two things after putting developer hours into them.

I like the egg hunt but I kinda wish the eggs moved around so it was an actual hunt.

i think the ice games altar should stay up or even better be purchaseable from the store and summonable anywhere via ddo points so if you still have mats (i got tons leftover) you can use them any time throughout the year!

Actually I think that's caused by the advertising that starts before Labor Day :D

Oh, but I bet they would if there was massive negative reaction from the community. It's happened before, I'm sure the developers wasted many hours trying to negotiate a deal with superbucks and creating 'The Wall'...
