I'm going to go home now and play some Wii Sports Resort Ping Pong.

Last night I actually scored four points against the Champion - Lucia.

Perhaps today will be the day to beat her. :)

BTW...in case you haven't guessed, Wii is my new obsession. DDO used to be my old one. :(

If there was a portable version you'd be able to Wii Wii Wii all the way home.

This probably belongs in off topic, but hey...

I sort of like the Wii, I've gone through phases of liking it a lot. Biggest problem is a lack of decent hardware specs and a trickle of good non-Nintendo-released games. A couple of third party games to check out:

Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection (trust me, it's great!)
Deadly Creatures
Sin and Punishment: Star Successor
Okami
and if you can handle impossibly-difficult old school games, check out the bit.trip series on Wii Ware.

Yeah, I should've posted this in Off-Topic. Sorry folks.

Anyway, thanks for the Pinball Hall of Fame suggestion. I'll definitely check it out!

If you're an XY, you already have one. :D

DDO for Wii sounds great, but after 30 mins on a Sorc, an angry downstairs neighbour pats you on the back and kindly asks you to replace the floor and his lamps that keeps falling down. Although it would be one hell of a workout.

Playing healer in a raid would be like watching someone train arms for crawl swimming for 30mins :)

Imagine how exhausted you'd be after Coal Chamber :D

Ooh, and don't forget Silent Hill: Shattered Memories... the most s***bricks game ever made... full of plot twists, a great selection of voice actors, and many elements from the theatrical arts (such as the use of a False Protagonist ) ... coupled with the BEST graphics ever seen on a Wii game, Plus the game also adapts to the player's psych profile, providing a unique experience each playthrough.

If I could play DDO on a wii I'd never have to go to the gym again...

And I may well end up in the best shap of my life.

Once we get home holodecks, gamer nerds will be the most athletic people on the planet. I've got a room all picked out for mine already.
