Okay i'm looking for a Bard warchanter thinking about splashing into rogue and fighter for feats+evasion
He's a Dwarf so Dwarven axes are the weapons i'm using, i've looked around but i havn't found anything for what i'm wanting, i have 32-point build, veteran status, all classes and a possibility of using Tomes, but i'd like to keep their usage down, he'll need at least 16 Dex for the TWF and want to make him a Strength build.
Looking forward to see what you guys come up with :). Thanks in advance

Variations on the axesinger build are good. Here's a base to start with.

I would be more likely to go with bard14/figher4/rogue2. Hope that helps. :)

okay i'll be a bit more specific, i want it to be a bard built for partys, meaning good buffs as well as good DPS with a side option of taking empower healing? for some heals/soloing.

Sounds like Axesinger:

Just replace FoP with Empower Healing, if that's what you'd prefer. I don't think it's necessary. Heal scrolls can get you quite far. But if you want to be a decent healer, also go bard16 instead of rogue3, for mass cure mod.

I would advise AGAINST going 14 bard /6 something else
If you go 16 bard you get the AC song & Otto's irresistible dance, both very useful.
16/4 - 16/2/2 - or even 18/2 or pure are much better bets.
Best builds to look at for ideas would be the Axesinger or Roqqstarr.

Sorry to dissapoint you but Otto's Irresistible won't really work on warchanters. Warchanters are really multiclass hungry, and the last 6 levels doesn't offer anything for them besides a meagre +1/+1 on songs.
On the other hand missing 4 Spell pen like you suggested (when you will not be able to take the spell pen feats and hardly have enough AP to take them from enhancements) will leave you with 16 spell pen. As with OID you only need to beat the SR of the monster, a build like this (WC with OID) should take like 3 wizard and 3 fvs past lives to have meaningful chance of penetrating resistances. Sorry, it's not working.
14 levels of bard is more than enough. If you want AC song maybe 15. But I would go with 14bard/2fig/4rog for d6+3 SA and -10% threat (you will need that) over +1 feat from fighter (the all powerful haste boost is the same).
And by the time you are taking level 15 of bard (probably at character level 19 or 20), only a select few people will have ac where that bonus from the song matters (I have a bard, in 3 months 5 people requested them and only 1 was angry that I didn't have). Again, you are giving away at least a feat or d6+3 damage for that song!

best split is 16/2/2
there a ton of mobs that dont have spell resistance and ottos lands easy and reliably on them in epic, also fasinate is a great tool and works well
Bards also can get great AC and good intim with the splash lvls and beign dwarf.
take a look at self buffed bards stats this build uses 2hf chain for better to hit in epic but could easly make it 2wf if that what you prefer, but the xtra to hit with 2hf give you better dps in epic.

I do think 'best' split is heavily depends on your playstyle. I feel 2 bards levels a waste there, YMMV.
Fascinate does not have the slightest to do with your bard levels. You can reach the exact same amount with 14 as with 16. That's not an issue.
Yes, there are quite a few mobs that does not have SR in epic, but those are easily stunned/tripped etc. Again, I think these 2 levels are simply a preference, and none of them are the 'best'. And you will not have the spell pool to utilize extended otto's on all those tons of mobs (unluckily).
Edit: Oh, neg repping me for this post? This is a new low... Looks like someone is really in love with his/her oppinion.
