Now that I have proper use of my full mental faculty, it's time to do this right. This is a revision of the MOD 7 build made shortly after the change to TWF feats on Monks.

This thing is not grind intensive, but is very hard to kill, predominantly because you can pop a cure potion and said potion hits pretty hard for some heavy recovery ability. Throw some Heal Amplification items on it(each differing % stacks multiplicatively) for even more tenacity. My initial plan for this guy was a set of Dragontouched Vestements with 10% 20% and 30% heal amplification. Now, he's slated for something slightly different, but it's still up in the air. The object is to get his Heal Amp and DPS as high as possible with no regard whatsoever to armor class or saves. Those just happen to be decent on their own(especially with an item like Kardin's Eye or Boots of the Innocent, or better yet Resistance +5 on his Dragontouched).
Got a +3 DEX tome and want a slightly higher base WIS? Drop the initial DEX to 15. You need a base of 18(base + tome only) for Grandmaster Wind(full Haste effect in Boots of Anchoring and Antimagic Fields).
Items to farm for with this build:
Shinato set(Necklace and Ring - Holy Burst)
(Optional, add any other set you like. The Occult Slayer set is also pretty nice)Frenzied Berzerker set(Belt and Ring - Shocking Burst)
Yugoloth pots(150 Yugoloth favor)
Epic Claw of Vulkoor set (http://ddowiki.com/page/The_Red_Fens_Epic_Items)(Bracer and Gloves) - use Levik's Bracers and Spectral Gloves until you get these upgraded
Dust Guard Cloak(Material Dominion) or Lightning Guard Cloak(or whatever else you want in the Cloak slot)
Boots of Anchoring
Madstone Boots
Dragontouched Vestements(Heal Amp 10% and 20%, then whatever Sovereign Rune you want on there. If Vulkoor's Might becomes available, grab it)
Bloodstone(Epic if possible)
GS Mineral II Helm(HP, Toughness, Prot 5 for no reason) - for your TR, use a Guard helm once you get to level 20, as 100% Fort comes on the Epic Bracers of the Claw
+5 Anarchic Burst Handwraps of Greater Evil Outsider Bane
Reason for Grandmaster Wind Stance: This is the highest attack rate a monk can attain in all 4 stances available. It is better to get 10% more hits in than to do 1-3% more damage. Furthermore, in Grandmaster Wind stance, Haste is a permanent effect, and the spell grants no additional attack speed whatsoever. This means you can wear the Boots of Anchoring full time and never lose DPS.
Addendum much later: I'm not sure what it is I am missing in the character planner, as the live build doesn't have that many sets of Toughness. Of course, the newer player will definitely want that much HP, so deviations should be kept to a minimum unless you are twinking the hell out of this build(in which case you may want to consider pushing the Greater Dragonmark of Finding into this build by evicting the extra Toughness feats).
