Which race from D&D 3.5 gives a bonus to Wisdow so Heroes can start with 20 Wisdow that suits in Eberron? Ty.

Don't know, but I would like to see a gender based stat modifier. Men get more strength and constitution and women get more wisdom. Yes, I do really think this of RL women - *not* suggesting this for DDO, even if something of this kind wouldn't be bad.

As far as im aware there isnt one. If you want to start with 20 wisdom - 18 wisdom and use 1 monk level for water stance. My cleric did this and it seems quite good .. she took a second monk level later on for evasion.

Other than that I think your all out of luck. There isnt one for intelligence either I think.

Wasn't the Dragonmarked Race a +2 wisdom/charisma race?

Kalashtar: +2 Charisma, +2 Wisdom
Aasimar: +2 Charisma, +2 Wisdom
Water Genasi: +2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma

Don't ask me about how they fit into Eberron.

Clearly you're a male then, your lack of wisdom about what you said is quite apparent.

Drow gives +2 to Intelligence. After Half-Orc only Wisdom doesn't have a plus from Hero creation, this from a race point of view.
