Hi everyone, i recently was going to upgrade this account to VIP. I bought some gamecards a long time ago. I tried upgrading from Free to Play to VIP by entering the game card into the ''add game card'' menu. After I was told my account was upgraded to VIP successfully, but when i logged in game i was still f2p. I logged in and out 3 times and still f2p. my myaccount also says im f2p, nothing has changed. Any help would be awesome. thanks.
