What should I be shooting for!

Ok, have a little gear, not what I need but somewhere on the way. What I want to know is what should I be shooting for in terms of gear and or pots etc etc. Right now I am chaotic neutral level 20 dwarven barb. 18 str and con starting. All level ups into str. I think 4 toughness ranks. Now to the gear. Here is where I really would like some guidance. Standing around at 607 hp.

Helm: Minos
Necklace: +5 prot
Trinket: Dusk heart (Farming to epic is not fun)
Armour: Marilith Chain (NOT fun farming to make epic as so far no joy on any parts of it)
Cloak: +2 Cha +4 Resist
Belt: Vornes (+6 con, GFL) 11 TOD's on this char and multiple Genesis points and still no FB belt for me. Will get!!!
Ring: Encrusted with upgraded STR. So +3 exc. STR
Ring2: Feather Fall ( will put ToD con ring here when I get one)
Gloves: Titans grip
Boots: Madstone/Striding/Anchoring as needed
Bracers: Triple Earth for earthgrab
Weap: Usually Epic Antique Greataxe with good. Still have to make a lit II I know....

So any and all suggestions/criticisms/shout outs welcome. Just looking to move foreward from here and get the most out of this guy. Tons and tons of fun to play and I just want to make it even better. Thanks. For suggestion purposes please feel free to make any item changes as necessary. I am not against grinding and grinding for a while to get gear to replace stuff even if there is not very much benefit. Thanks a bunch!

FB: 2 damage, 2 str

2-14 = 3 damage
15-20 = 9 damage

(13*3)+(6*9) = 93 damage over 20 swings

Ravager: 2d6 damage

19*7= 133 damage over 20 swings

I could have sworn the ravager set bonus is 3d4... At least that was my conclusion from testing. Hmmm... I'll have to double check.

Either way Ravager is a bit more damage than Encrusted however there are a few other things to keep in mind:

1. The +2 str from the encrusted ring also nets you an extra +1 to-hit and +1 to your Stunning Blow DC (and othe combat DC's)

2. The belt from the FB set also has Greater False Life which means you don't have to fit it in somewhere else.

When it comes down to it... which one is better is mostly about personal preference.

Also saw from the original reply I could put toughness on my Marilith chain if I can ever get that epic so wouldn't lose that for the epic helm of the red dragon. Anyone know what the droprate is for that? Haven't run that many epic Von6 yet, but have not seen it at all. Now I def have to try to find ravager set to go with my encrusted, and it seems I will need to get another Kyoshos which I gave away last ToD. :( lol. Also big thanks for the math on the differences, I was not aware it was not even close in terms of just damage. One question though. With the FB set, it also states that you get a +2 to each damage. Was that also included? Thanks for all info........ Cept you Markusthelion! lol. Lets get rolling on Abbott then :)

After my TR my friend, I'd love to run abbot.....looks like it may be a while though since I've yet to roll my barb lol. If you only play 3hrs a week like I do, theres plenty to do in the meantime ;) Or you could take up quilting lmao. See ya in game buddy!
