Mass Suggestion does not have a spell resistance check, which seems unusual seeing as it's little brother suggestion does, and the spell is non-damaging. Is this the way it is supposed to be (WAI)?

The spell works as described (spell resistance: no), although it seems contrary to all the other non-damage spells, and the pnp version requires a SR check. It's been like this for a while; not sure why no-one commented on this earlier. In any case, have submitted a bug report as you suggested.
