View Full Version : Turbine Billing Information?

Perhaps I'm blind/stupid, but I can't find it so bear with me please, but...

Most service I use that have recurring payments provide some form of record that allows me to review my past payment(s) and when my next payment is due.

I can't find that on the Turbine website and apparently the 3-month payment I authorised won't take place until the current month expires... I paid for this current month with a GTC, so I don't have a credit card record to review.

So, can someone please advise me where to find this info (without having to make a long distance, non-toll-free phone call, or post at the web form where it seems to take a week or more to receive a response)?

I'm sorry, but at this time there isn't any sort of payment statement accessible for Turbine. You can certainly check your credit card / bank records for payments to us.

If you call (hold times have been short today) or submit a web inquiry, we can provide you with a list of previous payments.

I will certainly pass along your interest in a payment statement. We're always looking to improve our systems, and this may be something we're able to add in the future.

That would be nice, however, I did find that there is an expiration date on the "Home" page with the list of subscriptions. It states the current subscription and expiration date... which is what I needed.

So I apologise for my bone-headedness.

Very glad to know you were able to find what you were looking for.

My little beholder buddy is glad to know you've lost the bone-headed-ness. It will make you easier to attack. ;)
