Need gear advice..pre and post U7

My FvS is currently 11, an evoker build pure fvs, and by and far I have next to no clue how I need to be gearing her up. I am a Monk TR and that's my first character so I only know monk right now. I know enough about healing and whatnot from raiding etc, but I don't know the specifics.

Sup Potency 6 dagger: Have it.
Minos Legens: Have it.

What else do I need though? What stats should I slot in which slots? Which named items from pre and post U7 should I look to get? This is an alt character so for the time being I will not be focusing on epic content with her, but in the future I may be.

Get Sup Ardor clickies. They give 75% boost as opposed to Sup Pot. Epic Dragon's Eye and Xachosian Eardweller are nice to have but require a lot of grind.
Get arcane lore (Noxious Embers, Greenblade, Skiver, Archmagi set, Bluescale armor) and healing lore (Healing Scepter, Gauntlets of the Eternity) for better criticals.

You can equip Duskheart in your trinket slot. Replace it with LotD or Pale Lavender Ioun Stone if you are lucky enough to get it.

Deneith Heavy Chain, DT robe is the best you can get without hardcore grind. Although DT too requires heavy grind if you aim for the perfect set of runes.

Ring slot is easy. Get some ToD rings and craft +2 stats.

Bracers - Glacier, Levik's or Greensteel

Gloves - Glacier, Greensteel or epic Claw

Weapon - Healing Scepter, GS absorbtion/amplification/con.opp. item, Staff of the Petitioner, Sreamspitter

Boots - FF, Boots of Anchoring, Kundarak Delving Boots, GS

Necklace -Torc, Noxious Embers, Torin's Choker
