Since things are starting to get decent with my rogue mechanic, I decided to work a little bit on my TR of that. I was thinking of going STR Assassin for the next round for a bit of flavor (since I'm getting how to work a rogue from being a mechanic). What do you think fo the following build?

also, equipment suggestions would be helpful, I'm planning on dual khopesh for the most part (switching out with hammers when necessary).

Are you fixed on Drow? If yes, Rapiers would be the weapon of choice.
Are you fixed on Khopeshes? If yes, Human (or Halfling) would be a better for the race.

I don't see why you need such a high int, although it is quite affordable with drow. Nevertheless, I'd rather go 16 Str, 14 Int on a Drow, and 16 Str 12 int on Human/Halfling.

Skills:
Diplomacy > Bluff, though 3 points in Bluff help to save some plat in Deleras. Anyway, a +3 bluff item does the same.
I don't think you need a maxed Jump.

I wouldn't dump Power Attack in favor of the clickie.

For the rogue feats, I'd take Improved Evasion, Opportunist, Crippling Strike, Skill Mastery/Slippery Mind; in that order.

Drow + Rapier + Power Attack is much, much better then Khopesh and no Power Attack.

Just Drow + Rapier is as good as Khopesh. The difference is less then 10% (somewhere around 5% I think). On top of that as Drow (racial enhancements) you'd also have extra +2 tohit. Can be handy in some cases.

As far as the Drow/Human/Halfling/Warforged Rapier/Khopesh arguement

Ask yourself the following questions...

What is more important...
Are you DEX Based or STR Based?
Dex=Drow
STR=Human or Halfling or Warforged or Half-Orc +Khopesh

Action Points or Feats?

Personally I would say make a Human Khopesh user. Use that extra feat on Khopesh and save the AP for something else.

OR

Halfling Khopesh user and us those AP on Halfling Guile stuff. Use a feat for Khopesh rather than ROG Past life (Halfling guile>ROG Past life)

Or

Warforged Khopesh user (power attack enhancements and immunities)

Or

Half-orc Khopesh user (afraid AP may be tight on this though)
Also CON really matters a LOT. Thats why I dislike Drow.

Drow can make a nice ROG...but once you have a 32(34 in this case!) point build...many would argue that you should never make a drow again...

I think your INT is too high drop it for more STR, you should be able to disable traps with no problem if you move your INT to 12, just make sure to keep your search/disable gear up to date as you level.

If you drop your INT the skills I would look at getting rid of are haggle and bluff. I would also let jump go down some (easy to buff when you need it) so you can max out balance. edit...I would also consider losing move silently and hide since I hate slowing down to sneak, but if you have the skill points why not take them I guess

If I went drow (30 point build) I would use rapiers and start with something along these lines

STR-17
DEX-15 (will require a +2 tome)
CON-14
INT-12
WIS-8
CHA-10

In the end you are only gaining 2 STR so its really not that much, but I don't think you are sacrificing that much in order to get that STR.

another edit...I just looked at your feats and don't see improved critical...if you use rapiers you can take improved crit instead of khopesh, no matter your build I think a rogue should find a way to fit in improved crit, if you want khopesh you can go human and have the extra feat so you could get khopesh and improved crit

Halfling Khopesh user and us those AP on Halfling Guile stuff. Use a feat for Khopesh rather than ROG Past life (Halfling guile>ROG Past life)

But don't the guile and the past life stack?
One takes a feat slot, the other one uses AP. I don't see why you need to choose between Guile and the clickie.
Also, Rapiers on a Halfling should deliver almost the same dps as Khopheshes on a Halfling, cf. the Past Life thread I linked in post #2.
