Elf offensive caster - look ok?

Here's the core of my planned elf offensive caster cleric18/monk2. It's based on an old build aiming for high AC, good saves, and high wisdom. I plan to rely on RS I and RS II for healing when possible, reserving SP for offensive casting. I could get the same stats with a human, and better enhancements and the extra feat, but I really prefer elf for role-play reasons.

Please let me know what adjustments I can make and please be specific about WHY.

Feat progression:
1 extend (to be exchanged for empower later)
3 empowered healing
6 maximize
7 toughness (monk)
9 heighten
12 spell penetration
15 gtr spell penentration
18 quicken (would like to pick this earlier - such as when I get BB...could it be swapped with heighten?)

I found that I didn't need Greater Spell Pen on my Clonk- I did take all the enhancements, though. I would swap Quicken with Heighten. Yes, the 18 starting WIS is important.
