Do Half-Elf's get rapier, longsword, longbow, or healing amp enhancements?

I did a little browsing and could not find any information. Does anybody know if Half-Elf's get rapier, longsword, longbow, or healing amp enhancements? Thanks.

Thats not entirely true, they get a feat at level 1 that allows them proficency with all weapons equal to a fighters proficiency. Alternativley, they can take "clerical" feat at level 1 that allows them to use wands and scrolls as an equal level cleric.
