Ok, I realize I'm being a real noob asking this, but here goes: I see a lot of threads and posts about modifications to this build and that, but where can I find the definitive basic 32 point human khopesh-based TWF human paladin build?

I think junts has it in his paladin thread but its pretty simple.
Human
KOTC 32pt
16str
15dex
12con
8wis
8int
16cha
feats
1Toughness
H Kopesh
3TWF
6Power Attack
9Itwf
12Imp crit slash
15 GTWF
18 Extend
All lvlups into str.
For enhancements make sure you have the full set of prereqs for KOTC1-3. Divine sacrifice 1-3. Exalted smite4. The highest lvl of Divine might you can reach. Which is 3 w/o the +4 tome. Take human adapt str to reach a 22 base str. And any other stuff you can fit in.
You need to use a +2 tome at lvl7 for dex to get itwf and gtwf. You also need an 11 base wis to cast spells. Most of us use a +2 wis tome, and an item to hit a 16 wis. You only need a 14 to cast the highest lvl paladin spells.
Thats pretty much the basics.

I saw Junts' thread, but it has a drow TWF paladin and a human THF paladin. And can you maybe give me a more detailed/plain English list of enhancements, because that part went over my head. And thanks a lot.

Junts has a twf khopesh wielder but he splashed two levels of monk.

The down side to multiclassing is that you will miss out on the awesome pally capstone but on the bright side you could gain evasion and a couple of feats so you can fit in things like maximize spell so you can effectively heal yourself.
Another way to fit in maximize on a pure paladin would be to not pick khopesh and use heavy picks instead. You will crit less often but your crits will be stronger.

I prefer to put 4 lvls into Str and 1 into Chr so all stats end even and you start with a higher Con.

Even with Concord Opp, 500+ SP I rarely/never actually cast any cure spells (and save the SP for Zeal, DF and Angel Skin etc). I have 4 LoH that do 320 HP, a 1,100 HP cure all, Heal scrolls and wands between fights.
Why waste a feat on Maximise?

What's the difference between THF and TWH, AC wise and DPS wise? I know TWF has higher DPS for a paladin, bt I read somewhere that the AC is lower. Also: What about the enhancements?

Well last life my pally was a sword and board and didn't have maximize. This life my pally is a twf with no ac so I get hit a lot. Not a problem when you have a healer but I don't wait on healers. I often log on and put up a lfm that says in progress byoh or I post that we aren't waiting on a healer. My party quickly fills... Or it doesn't and it's all ok. He is level 17 and the only quests I think I'll need a healer in are a few amrath quests... And then I'll TR again. Without maximize I would have died in quests that don't have many shrines.

My TR'ed pally Heidiann is basically a Aryenne build... she's lvl 10 now.. so has her evasion.. I love this girl! She self heals vey well! and is actually pretty darn good DPS (not elite) but not bad. Her AC is really nothing special like 31-34 (depending on who I'm standing next too)
You say "why bother with cure spells"? Well by lvl 20 her maximized CSW's will heal for between 250-300 Hp's (I believe) on herself so popping a LoH on the cleric in Shroud that stood in the blades too long is a nice save! Never underestimate the beauty and usefulness of good self healing! Especially when yer the only one that hasn't gone "DING" yet.

The str stays even. 16base +5 lvl up +1 human(2ap) which takes it to 22. Ill take +1 dmg and to hit over 20 hp anyday. The to hit helps in epic. If I was going to put a lvl up into cha I would still use a 16 cha to get dm4 with a +3 tome not a +4.
OP as a kotc dps paladin you arnt focusing on ac. You wont hit an ac in the 80s endgame so ac isnt truly worth it.

Well, right now my paladin is level 12 with 23 AC, about 160HP, and a ridiculous (In the bad sense of the word) DPS. I messed him up tremendously, is what I'm saying. But then again he is my first character and I didn't follow a build, just winged it. SO now I'm gonna give him a lesser reincarnation, and I'm trying to find a build that works well for a new player, that gives a decent balance of DPS and AC. I also asked for something like that in the request a build thread, and they came back with the following:

What are the differences between this and the khopesh build?

OK, nevermind about that last post, I just have one final question: For a new player, with about 90K in the bank, level 12, what is better: TWF or THF? Then I'll either do this build here or Junts' THF build. Thank you.

THF is cheaper by far. You need less weapons. The only issue is they havent included alot of holysword options for thf. Youll do less dps. But once you reach the beloved esos life is amazing.
