Problem accessing Lamania

This probably does not belong in this forum, but I downloaded the DDOhigh.exe for access to Lamania. When I click on it it says "Error Loading Configuration". I downloaded it to my desktop, not any particular folder as it stated to download it to a different spot than the DDO client. Any ideas how to rectify this? I am running Win XP and I do have a VIP account.

Not sure if this is the same issue as you had or not but i also downloaded the new client yesterday for Lamannia. I installed it without any issues and when i went to launch it i received a error box. I do not remember what exactly it said but if i hit ok it would close the error and the DDO launcher screen also. Right before i hit Ok i noticed that it was doing the updating of files as it always does when a new release comes out. I launched DDO again and noticed the same error but that it was updating again behind it so i just moved the window down and waited for it to finish. Once done it automatically closed and relaunched itself without a problem and i was able to log in with no errors. Hope this helps

Actually, nothing happens at all. When I click the DDOhigh.exe, I get an error box saying "Error loading configuration". Nothing launches or works in the background at all.
