Ranger/Barbarian Viable?

Hello DDOers,

Quick question, I've been looking through these forums for the past hour or so trying to find a Build that featured a Ranger/Barbarian TWF. Either my Search-fu skills are seriously lacking or no one seems to be playing or talking about that multi-class combo. Does anyone have any suggestions for a somewhat new DDO player?

One such build is the Amazon (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=195636). Feats are pretty tight; not sure if it would work as non-human. Also, it's from pre-U5, back when Tempest I provides a +10% attack speed boost, rather than the less exciting +10% offhand proc chance it now provides.
