Epic scrolls should not be bound in any way. You don't happen to know which one you got, do you?

Two scrolls of the Envenomed Cloak dropped in one of our runs of the raid. Both were bind to account.

Every scroll we have picked up to craft with has been bind to account.

This is why we take an accounting of what seals and shards people have first so that they can just pick up the bound scrolls to get crafts.

please only be with the new area, don't nerf the good scroll locations!!! dont force us to farm scrolls, buying them is so much easier!!!

Seeing as how they already said scrolls aren't supposed to be bound, they didn't intend for the new area to be like this and there is no reason for them to have changed the older epic scrolls.
