I've noticed that every since Free to Play has been introduced the in-game moderators or employees of turbine have NOT been very Helpful,
and this is a direct comparison from Prior to Free to Play.
In-game Employees dealing with help tickets used to be VERY helpful and take care of issues as they were brought to there attention.
In more recent cases. involving character names. i have been told (by an In-game DM mind you) that my history and player profile speaks for itself, and he continued to imply that the meaning of my characters name was un-just... because my History and player profile speaks for itself, there was no way it meant what i have explained.
this is MAJOR profiling. this dude should be Fired. he doesn't know me... nor does he have any kind of insight to my thought process. and is simply having a "POWER TRIP"
additionally, i have had several "In-Game" help tickets go without any kind of ending result.
I feel like i am just as deserving as the next, If everyone in DDO is being treated this way, then i don't feel DDO to be deserving of our Business.
If you feel that your In-Game Ticket has been dealt with in an Un-just fashion or just ignored all together, please state so in this thread, so we can bring it to the developers and Employer's attention...
Although im almost willing to bet this thread will be Shut down- or -Closed by a Dev...
Thank you.

There have always been complaints about GM's, long before F2P. But there have also been people who never had a problem with them.
Why shouldn't your history be counted towards your treatment? If you continually name your charcters with stupid or offensive names then off course you are going get treated worse then someone who made one mistake in what they thought was acceptable for naming their character.

I dont think "profiling" means what you think it does.
I've had very few problems with GM pre or post F2P. I dont expect them to be miracle workers. I dont blame them for stuff that happens in game, and most off, I never give em a hard time for doing their job. They didnt write the code, they are just doing whats is within their power to try to help.
Maybe they do indeed know more history than you give them credit for.

well that i would understand....
but since that was my FIRST naming violation....
and its very controversial as to the names offensiveness.
95/100 people i have explained my situation too don't find anything offensive.
and more often than not the other 5 people just flat out don't get it...
it was pretty rude for the GM to say what he said....
Scrolling down this forums threads, i can tell that i am Obviously NOT the only one who has problems.

they know that i pay my monthly subscription fees.
i HAVE been suspended for swearing once.
that i am in my Mid twenty's.
live in California..
have referred about 10 players to DDO, whom currently subscribe.
readily help new players.
run a Ton of raids.
and Solo just about anything.
it sure doesn't seem like there is anything to pre-judge.
i'm not the only one on DDO who has had a suspension due to swearing.
and i have seen Several Player Names (with VERY offensive meanings) and Obvious CoC violations go on playing without Change.
in any case. i don't see individuals issues being dealt with Equally period.

THe only reason why offensive names continue is because no one has reported it yet.

The way your OP reads was that it was names not name but anyway. All it takes is one person to find your name offensive and report it and it will be changed. Arguing with the GM is not going to help the situation.
